Fellowships

The 伊人直播app takes pride in a strong track record of career building and career development for researchers, of which an important strand is hosting Research Fellowships. These provide opportunities to build research independence. Some schemes promote international mobility, some provide training or support the transition to a new research field, whilst others can support returning to work after a career break. There are schemes to support candidates at a range of different career stages.

If you are interested in applying to hold a Fellowship at the 伊人直播app, please do get in touch via fellowships@reading.ac.uk.

The 伊人直播app supports applicants to a range of externally funded Research Fellowships
, which can be found in our funding calendar. This list is not exhaustive, so if you are interested in carrying out any fellowship at 伊人直播app, please contact the fellowships team, or your potential academic mentor or host department, and we would be please to discuss further.

Some
fellowship schemes require institutional support or are limited in the number of applications that an institution can submit. For these schemes, the University holds a sifting process for all applicants to identify the strongest candidates to support. We advise potential candidates to contact us at the earliest opportunity to discuss their potential fellowship and to make sure that they are aware of and can meet the internal deadlines. The fellowship schemes for which UoR holds internal sifts are indicated below, and an indication of the timelines for sifts and assessment are shown. Note that we may need to introduce internal review and selection for other fellowship schemes, if required

The 伊人直播app offers an incentive scheme for certain fellowship schemes, where fellows receive additional funding for research expenses. This is something which would need to be agreed on a case-by-case basis with the appropriate Head of School based on the scheme being applied to.
