Service Level Agreement
These Service Level Agreements (SLA) outlines the duties and responsibilities of the Timetabling Team, Room Booking service, and Schools and Directorates across the University. This document details the services provided within current resources to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and lays down the responsibilities of each party. These documents were approved by CILT (Committee for Infrastructure in Learning and Teaching) in Spring 2025 after consultation with a wide range of academic and professional services colleagues.
