If you choose to study any of our courses, including architectural engineering, you have the option to add a year in industry to your degree.

Our surveying and construction degrees are accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Our BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying is also accredited by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM).

In the latest Graduate Outcomes Survey, 96% of graduates from Construction Management and Engineering at ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥app are in work or further study within 15 months of graduation; of those in full-time employment, 100% are in graduate-level roles (Based on our analysis of HESA data © HESA 2025, Graduate Outcomes Survey 2022/23; includes first degree Construction Management and Engineering responders).
The ÒÁÈËÖ±²¥app also ranks 2nd for graduate salary for Architecture, building and planning after five years; the average salary calculated at £51,100 is over £14,000 more than the average graduate salary after five years for this subject across all universities. (Telegraph analysis of DfE data on the earnings of first degree graduates after five years from English Higher Education Institutions, published in June 2025).
