The Thrive team recruit mentors from various industries, that you can choose from, who support our students with advice and guidance in an area of your choice.

How do I join?
- Attend a mandatory Thrive Preparation Session, which are bookable on and run from 10 September to 10 December 2025.
- Join the Thrive Mentoring Pathway on MyJobsOnline to complete your registration. You will not gain access to this unless you have attended a preparation session.
- Submit your mentoring goals and preferences on the Pathway.
- Once approved by the Thrive team, you will gain access to the registration link to our dedicated Thrive platform, where you can access our mentors.
