The Careers Service has partnered with , an inclusion driven not-for-profit organisation that specialises in supporting disabled students and graduates (including neurodivergent and mental health). Employ-Ability run 3 training sessions a semester via zoom.

Disability: adjustments in recruitment and the workplace Our Next Generation Inclusive University partnership with EmployAbility, will kick off with a session focussed on empowering disabled and neurodivergent students to ask for the adjustments they need to ensure equity in recruitment and in the workplace. The session will give an overview of the Equality Act, the duty of the employer to provide the adjustments needed, and what constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment. Sackers in partnership with EmployAbility Sackers 2025 internship- In order to apply through EmployAbility you must have a disability, neurodivergence, mental health or long term health condition. These may include autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, visual impairment, hearing impairment, diabetes, epilepsy, depression, anxiety disorders, any other physical or mental impairments or health conditions. At the UK's leading specialist law firm for pensions and retirement savings, we advise those responsible for running a trust of contract-based pension arrangement. Most of our clients are trustees and sponsoring employers of occupational pension schemes, including master trusts and more of the UK's top 200 pension schemes than any other law firm.
